Each of our creations are the result of careful sourcing of the best and freshest fish. First, fresh ingredients are prepared and sealed in specially designed bags with their vacuum sealing bar. Air is removed from the pouch, whereby cooking heat is transferred to the food in the most efficient way. The pouch is then placed in a water-filled immersion circulator, which ensures accurate, low temperatures throughout the cooking time to preserve the natural character of the ingredients. Once the fish is cooked, the package is quickly cooled in ice-cold water. The result is excellent fish preparation with maximum quality, moisture, flavour and nutritional integrity.

Once the fish is cooked, the package is quickly cooled in almost ice-cold water. The result is excellent fish preparation with maximum quality, moisture, flavour and nutritional integrity.
